“I was born in a small town called Grantham in Lincolnshire, England, 45 years ago, where I still live today. My artistic journey began with a deep-rooted interest in art, design, and photography. A passion ignited during my formative years and was nurtured by a father and grandfather with inspiring artistic and engineering skills. Though my formal education in the arts took a different path, the flame of creativity continued to burn within.
Fast forward to recent years, especially during the lockdown and the period that followed, photography emerged as the focal point of my artistic expression. This shift provided an opportunity to delve into a long-held fascination with space and the individuals who inhabit it.
What started as a creative outlet quickly transformed into a deeper exploration of the human experience. Over the past two years, I have worked at honing my skills as a street photographer—a storyteller capturing the raw, unscripted moments of daily life. This newfound passion seamlessly marries my love for creating with an inherent fascination for people-watching.
